Dr. Esnielle Brooks is a Family Physician and certified Menopause Specialist with advanced training in women’s and sexual health. She is the founder of The Menopause Clinic and The WellPause Collective, bringing clear, evidence-based guidance to midlife health and menopause care.

Tara Fitch

Tara Fitch is a Registered Clinical Social Worker with over 20 years of experience supporting midlife women and couples. She focuses on identity shifts, emotional regulation, and strengthening communication and connection during life transitions.
