Born and raised in South Africa, Dr. Esnielle Brooks is a Family Physician and certified Menopause Specialist with advanced training and ongoing study in women’s and sexual health. She is the founder of The Menopause Clinic and The WellPause Collective, and a mom walking this same midlife journey alongside her patients. Rooted in science and sisterhood, she is passionate about reframing menopause as a season of growth, connection, and empowerment.
Tara Fitch is a Registered Clinical Social Worker with over 20 years of experience. She helps women navigate midlife identity shifts and supports couples in strengthening communication and connection. Known for her warmth and humour, Tara will share how reclaiming identity in midlife builds confidence, resilience, and renewed purpose. She lives in Red Deer with her husband and children.
Jen Pilon, ND, supports women with evidence-based holistic care using herbs, nutrition, and mind-body techniques. She focuses on menopause, menstrual issues, fatigue, digestion, diabetes, and mental health. A Bastyr University graduate, she practices at Aspire Medicine in Red Deer, AB, and enjoys fantasy novels, fiber arts, her three kids, and her dog, Murphy.
Kelsey Moreau is a pelvic health physiotherapist with advanced training in incontinence, pelvic pain, colorectal disorders, prolapse, pessary fitting, menopause care, orthopaedics, and dry needling. She helps women through every life stage, focusing on education and empowerment. Outside work, she coaches her two daughters in sports and enjoys hiking, camping, and skiing with her family.
